Salut Bar opened in summer 2026 at Carrer d’Enric Granados 58 in L’Antiga Esquerra de l’Eixample, the sister door to Salut Bistró: tapas and wine on the same street as the dining room, a bar rather than a second reservation.

The little-known fact is the split. Salut Bistró already had the sit-down service; this door is the one you walk into without a book, mosaic floor, bottles on the wall, a counter that fills from early evening.
