Ryushio opened on 1 March 2026 at Carrer de Santaló 88 in Sant Gervasi — Japanese omakase in a room that still reads as the neighbourhood rather than a concept flown in.

The little-known fact is this. Two omakase rooms on Santaló: the bar for the traditional pass, tables upstairs for a more modern fusion service, the downstairs still being finished as the authentic counter. Sant Gervasi already knows how to eat without a speech; the street is why the carta can stay specific.
