Piropo Bistro

Piropo Bistro opened on 8 January 2026 at Carrer del Topazi 18 in Gràcia, the sister table to Santa Magdalena from Quim Marqués and Paula Marqués.

The little-known fact is the brief: local dishes written with play rather than costume, a wine list built to last the evening, and records on the player so the room stays a neighbourhood bistro instead of a tasting fortress. Gràcia already knows how to eat without ceremony; Topazi is a side street that still rewards people who walk out for dinner.
