Piedra opened in summer 2026 at Carrer d’Amigó 33 in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. The sommelier from Berbena opened it with a partner: a dining room of stone and wood, plates written to follow the bottle rather than the other way around.

The little-known fact is the street. Amigó sits on the Galvany side of Sant Gervasi, a numbered door rather than a courtyard destination. Berbena already had the wine-led reputation in Gràcia; this is the first door that carries the somm’s own name for a room.
