Noush opened on 1 March 2026 at Carrer d’Olzinelles 100 in Sants — Plant-based Persian in a room that still reads as the neighbourhood rather than a concept flown in.

The little-known fact is this. Spain’s only fully vegan Persian restaurant, two Iranian friends cooking their mothers’ food on Olzinelles in Sants. Sants already knows how to eat without a speech; the street is why the carta can stay specific.
