Filoso opened in summer 2026 at Carrer de la Nació 30 in El Clot as a bar for wine, dishes from the grill, and escabeches. Barcelona Food Experience called the combination very specific, and that is the brief.

The little-known fact is the barrio. Clot already eats on numbered streets more than on destination courtyards; Nació 30 is that kind of door. The dining room is wood tables, a tile floor, a pass you can see, plates that come off the grill or out of the vinegar jar rather than off a tasting pass. Escabeche is the house note — fish, vegetables, whatever holds in the acid — next to a short wine list and the grill. @filoso.bar_ is the live camera for hours.
