Barra Oso opened on 28 January 2026 at Carrer de Muntaner 248 in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, chef Òscar Álvarez’s bar after Mesa Lobo, with lunch and dinner, cured scallops and toasted beurre blanc on the early carta.
The little-known fact is the path. Álvarez left Mesa Lobo and took the Muntaner counter as his own room: candlelight, vinyl, market plates, a phone that still answers on 934 097 127. Sant Gervasi already eats late; the bar is built for people who stay after the last record.
