Melós opened on 15 November 2025 at Carrer de Mallorca 303 in Eixample, from Miquel Pardo — Creative Catalan in a room that still reads as the neighbourhood rather than a concept flown in.

The little-known fact is this. Miquel Pardo’s first restaurant under his own name after Cruix: three evening menus, a weekday lunch, olives as a whole course, and a two-part quail that still reads as Catalan and Valencian rather than costume.
