Slow Butter opened on 29 January 2026 at 41-45 Maha Phruettharam Road, Maha Phruttharam, Bang Rak — a two-minute walk from Hua Lamphong MRT Exit 1, a micro-bakery that treats croissant as everyday pastry rather than a French photograph. The Scandinavian brief is rustic grain, spice and not too much butter; bakes come out hourly, 07:00–16:00 every day, and Time Out warned you not to expect a seat. 063-079-4326 takes the phone. A Siam Paragon ground-floor pop-up runs 10:00–22:00 if you are already at the mall.
The little-known fact is the empty room. The kitchen built almost no seating on purpose, so the line moves and the pastry leaves with you — Khun Wa put it tenth on the 2026 café map for that honesty, not for a marble counter.
@slowbutterbkk is the live camera. The croissant is why you go; Hua Lamphong is why it feels like Bangkok.
