SALAA opened in 2026 at 259/179 Pridi Banomyong 15 Alley, Lane 3, Phra Khanong Nuea, Watthana — a craftsman yard, not a single counter, brought down from Chiang Rai so Bangkok could have the coffee, the matcha and the sourdough without leaving Pridi. @mui.coffeebar, @mymoodmatcha.bkk and Anne de Pridi sit in the same hood; the garden tables are the reason to stay past the cup. Hours run daily 07:30–16:30. Lifestyle Asia put it on the August 2026 new-café file the week the yard started pouring.

The little-known fact is the spelling. สะ-หล่า is a Chiang Rai word for a gathering place, which is why the yard holds more than one kitchen — you come for coffee and end up in the sourdough room next door.
