Roast8ry BKK opened in February 2026 on Anuwong Road in Yaowarat — Chiang Mai’s world latte-art champion behind a long bar, Time Out’s 20 best new cafés, a pour that is the show. The medals on the bio are real: world latte art, Thailand barista, brewers, roasting. The Bangkok bar is the city clock of that resume.

The little-known fact is the length of the bar: it is built so you watch the pour the way you watch a wok on Yaowarat, which is why the street outside still wins even when the cup is the reason you sat. @roast8ry is the live camera.
