Piscari opened in 2026 on the 23rd floor of Andaz One Bangkok at 201 Witthayu Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan — a Mediterranean rooftop that looks west over Lumphini Park rather than at another glass tower. French chef Marc Vasseur, who cooked in Michelin rooms before this one, writes sharing plates from the coast: hamachi crudo with beetroot and raspberry at B420; cured ocean trout with charred orange and dill oil at B480; a corn and pomegranate salad at B310; clam cavatelli at B580; grilled octopus with spiced potato espuma and chorizo at B680; grilled tiger prawn, five pieces at B360 or ten at B680, with fennel and orange; a charcoal Australian rib-eye at B1,680 with Padrón peppers, fries and béarnaise. Desserts hold a 70 percent chocolate mousse with biscotti and a pistachio mille-feuille, both B390. The front of the floor is an aperitivo bar — wines, cocktails written around that ritual, mixologists you can talk to, a DJ rather than a playlist. Next to it, a Blue Grotto-inspired speakeasy takes fourteen if you book the private dining room, twenty-four if you open the party room onto the bar. BK Magazine filed the sitting in July 2026 and called it a destination built around slowing down, not another sky-bar with a view as the only argument. The house line is Live Daily Life with Spirit. Smart-casual; the terrace is the seat at dusk.

The hotel itself opened in 2025. What is new is this floor: Hyatt’s own dining page, The Rooftop Guide and BK all treat Piscari as the 2026 reason to ride the lift. Google currently sits the restaurant at 4.8 from 193 reviews — the restaurant pin, not the hotel’s. @piscaribangkok is the live camera for the week’s plates and the brunch windows that appear on Sundays. Confirm them before you walk; the late service still moves.
