Pinki’s Deli opened its Ekkamai room in 2026 at Room 108, first floor, 7/1 Soi Sukhumvit 63, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana — Earth Ekkamai, a sourdough-and-juices counter that builds sandwiches too wide for a polite bite. The OG Melt folds tuna, shiso pesto, mustard and melted cheese into plain or jalapeño-cheese sourdough; Time Out filed the door ninth on the 2026 new-café map for that overflow. The little-known fact is the twin counter. The same kitchen also pours at Open House, Level 6, Central Embassy (10:00–20:30), so the Ekkamai room is the neighbourhood clock and the embassy floor is the evening one.
