KAO SOY PRIN opened in January 2026 on the fifth floor of Dusit Central Park at 946 Rama IV Road, Si Lom, Bang Rak — a small Northern Thai noodle shop from Chef Prin Polsuk, whose Lampang roots sit in every bowl. The coconut-rich khao soi is the headline; Michelin’s July 2026 new-additions file also flagged a rarer clear-broth version, which is why the room is more than a mall curry. The little-known fact is the broth split. Most Bangkok khao soi counters only pour coconut; Prin keeps a clear pot for the days you want spice without cream, a Lampang habit that survived the move to Rama IV.
