KAO NOM opened with Dusit Central Park’s food floors at 946 Rama IV Road, Si Lom, Bang Rak — fifth floor, by the door out to the sky park. The name is rice and milk. The brief on kaonom.com is Rediscovering Thai Desserts: Thai grain, Thai fruit, Thai pastry cooks, written as a contemporary counter rather than a hotel buffet. TrueID put it on the 2026 café-hopping file. Instagram holds daily 10:00–22:00; 062-226-4555 and LINE take the queue. The house grain is Khao Sangkh Yot from Phatthalung — fragrant, soft — folded into a Cocorice Roll with sticky rice and young coconut cream, and into a Sang Yod soft-serve with coconut milk and rice crackers from three varieties (Sangkh Yot, Bue Ki, Bue Sa Kor). A Cocorice Roll plus the signature soft-serve has been on the board at B285. Rice Milk Tea is Ceylon brewed with rice water and a rice-milk foam. Kaffir-lime chocolate and a seasonal Rainy Parfait — guava, pomelo, chilli salt — sit next to the case. Kanom tako has already sold out in under an hour on more than one service — sixty pieces, then the board moves on. The mall itself opened in September 2025; this counter is the 2026 reason to ride to five for something other than a chain coffee.
The little-known fact is the grain. The house talks about rice varieties from farms across Thailand, not a generic coconut pudding. That is why the counter exists in a mall that already has every other dessert: to make kanom the reason you come, not an afterthought on the way to the park. Google currently sits Kao Nom at 4.2 from 131 reviews, mall traffic rather than a first-month rush.
@kaonomthai is the live camera for what is left in the case. Confirm it before you walk; the tako still sells out. The sky-park door is the landmark, not the food-court signage.
