I-Sang opened in February 2025 on the second floor of Vivre Langsuan at 34/3 Soi Langsuan, Lumphini, Pathum Wan — Korean soul, Thai terroir, an eight-course tasting from Chef Steve Sanggun Lee, who took a Michelin star at Hansik Goo in Hong Kong and the 2023 Michelin Young Chef Award before the Bangkok door. The name means “ideal” in Korean. Chiang Rai rice and Thai seafood carry Korean stories; the crispy crab is a high-end riff on Korean fried chicken. Service is Monday to Saturday 18:00–23:00; Sunday is dark. Line @isangbkk and 082-090-4999 take the book. isangbkk.com holds the menu.

The little-known fact is the rice. Lee cooks with Chiang Rai grain on purpose, so the tasting reads as Bangkok even when the technique is Seoul — BK Top Tables put it third on the 2026 new-restaurant list, and the Michelin Guide kept the room on the 2026 selection.

@isangbkk is the live camera. The tasting is why you go; Langsuan is why it feels like Bangkok.
