EICH opened on 24 August 2026 at 73 Ekkamai 10 Alley, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana — a bakery house built into an old two-storey corner home, earth-tone walls, a high ceiling, seats on both floors. The family brief was one room that could do croissant at eight, coffee at four and dinner without changing buildings. The little-known fact is the pastry chef: twenty-one, Le Cordon Bleu, working from the mother’s recipes rather than a consultant’s binder, which is why the house still reads as a home and not a concept. @gocafe.thailand tagged the room the week the door opened and pinned the Instagram location eich.bkk — that sticker is how the kitchen was found.
