Batchworks Collective opened in February 2026 at 91/10 Soi Sukhumvit 54, Phra Khanong — neighbourhood coffee geeks, Koble and Feast Monday roasting in rotation, seven days 09:00–16:00, parking, pet friendly. Time Out put it on the 20 best new cafés of 2026 as a lab that still behaves like a soi.

The little-known fact is the rotation: two roasters sharing one bar so the cup changes without the room changing, which is why regulars argue about the batch and not the furniture. @batchworks.collective is the live camera.
