Yucatán

Yucatán opened in early July 2026 at Zisimopoulou 47 in Palaio Faliro, a Voulgarakis-group Mexican house that pulls the south-coast evening away from the water and into a red room of hanging plants, clay lamps and a long bar of tequila and mezcal.

The little-known fact is the peninsula, not the country: the kitchen of Grigoris Kalekis and Panagiotis Papadopoulos cooks Yucatán — sweet, sour and chilli in the same bite — rather than a generic Tex-Mex card, and Dimitris Papaioannou with Marios Iliopoulos write the Latin classics, including a Yucatán margarita with pineapple and cardamom.
