Ronnie’s opened in May 2026 at Sofias Vempo 22 in Glyfada, a Detroit-style pizza room that moved the Roadslice Chalandri project into a brighter Glyfada door with an open kitchen and a few tables looking at the pans.

The little-known fact is the crust: the square pizza bakes in a deep pan so the cheese caramelises into a crispy frico around the edge, and the sauce goes on last over mozzarella and toppings. Ten pies including Og Motorcity and spicy 2112; Grandma’s meatballs on the side; craft beer. Closed Mondays; otherwise 18:00–00:00.
