PAF opened at Empedokleous 26 in Pangrati in early 2026, a pizza-aperitivo-focaccia room a short walk from Varnava Square, with Christos Sarantopoulos on the pies and Popi Sevastou on the drinks.

The little-known fact is the name: PAF is the three words on the window — pizza, aperitivo, focaccia — not an Italian surname. The corner sits between Varnava Square and the hill, so the room fills from the neighborhood rather than from a reservation app; walk-ins take the window seats. Athinorama filed it among the city’s new pins. Evening hours often run 19:00–01:00; the kitchen posts the week on Instagram.
