Ocho Tac opened on 18 June 2026 at Paleon Patron Germanou 7, on Agion Theodoron Square, the old Juicy Grill space rewritten as a green lucha-libre room by the team behind Dr.8 and Blue Brick.

The little-known fact is the ring: tacos are named for wrestlers — Blue Demon is beef cheek, Rey Misterio is fried shrimp with chipotle — and Antonis Kostopoulos writes tequila-led cocktails that sit between street food and a bar dinner. Athinorama filed it in the summer 2026 new-tables roundup. Open Wednesday–Sunday from 19:00.
