Kuchisabishii

Kuchisabishii Sakaba opened at Falirou 36 in Koukaki in early 2026, a Japanese pub whose name literally means a mouth that is lonely, with a small room and a menu built for that hour between work and dinner.

The little-known fact is the word: kuchisabishii is the Japanese habit of eating because the mouth is bored, and the house wears it without turning it into a slogan. Hours run daily 17:00–00:00. To Vima later called it the Japanese pub taking Athens by storm; Exodos listed it among 2026 arrivals.
