Garum opened at Kelsou 10 in Mets in early 2026, the first restaurant from chef patron Christos Glossidis — known from MasterChef and Feedel — with a fermentation lab behind a Greek-Asian carte: lamb dim sum, sheftalia with red curry, ramen with apaki.
The little-known fact is the word: garum is the ancient fermented fish sauce, and Glossidis uses that history as a lab rather than as costume. Hours run Tuesday–Saturday 18:00–00:30 and Sunday 14:00–21:00. Reservations go through Instagram; Kelsou is a quiet Mets lane a few minutes above the Panathenaic Stadium. Athinorama and Athens Food Explorer both pinned Mets.
