Flying Horses

Flying Horses opened at Kalamiotou 2 in April 2026, a few metres off Ermou, as chef Eleni Saranti’s new project with the group behind Armando Pizzeria, Osteria Mamma and Net Athens.

The little-known fact is the street: Kalamiotou used to be a cut-through; the new all-day table treats it as a room of its own, with breakfast from 10:30, lunch from 14:00 and dinner from 18:00. Andro called it an arrival with a different air from the rest of the block. Cookout filed the Kalamiotou opening in June.
